Shannon obtained her CNA license from Ross Medical and spent eight years working as a Patient care technician on the hospital floor. In 2020 she earned her RMA license and began working in  Urgent Care. She always strives to ensure she provides patient care to all patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to new destinations and spending time with her husband, three kids, and two grandchildren.
